May:
23rd - Move into the duplex
30th - Closing on our old house
June:
11th - Signed with P&W
July:
15th - Closed on loan
20th - Excavation begins
21st - Excavation complete
22nd - Footings poured
August:
3rd - Basement wall construction begins
10th - Basement walls completed, Basement plumbing rough in complete
12th - Basement floor poured
14th - Framing begins
24th - Install wall supports, backfill begings
25th - Backfill complete, start septic installation, install sill plate
September:
3rd - First walls go up
15th - First floor complete
October:
5th - Roof construction begins
13th - Rafters complete
28th - House is dried in
November:
2nd - Window and door installation complete
3rd - Roofing begins
6th - Plumbing rough in complete
11th - Brick and roofing complete
13th - Electrical walk through
